Cuba's Future
While this is a domestic policy blog, I do find some international stories irresistible. Here's one on some of the changes that are taking place in Cuba.
Raul Castro has loosened things a bit in Cuba and, while it's unclear what real changes will take place, I think the changes should be closely watched.

I hate arguments that have as their foundation moral equivalency. I am a Barack Obama supporter all the way but I feel that the Hagee and Wright situations are completely different. For 1, their is video of Wright repeatedly saying ridiculous things and for 2, Wright does NOT want the situation to die as evidenced by his "performance" the other day. Hagee is not giving press conference in an attempt to suck every last second out of his 15 minutes of fame like Wright. He is stitting back and being quiet like Wright should learn to be.
